Please read the terms of delivery described below before you execute your order in Sommerfuglens web shop.
General Delivery of Orders
When we receive your order you will automatically receive an e-mail stating that your order has been registered in our order system. Orders are normally send within few days. If your order is delayed more than 5 days (typically because an item is back order), we will send you an e-mail about when to expect your delivery.
Changes in prices and items marked with a wrong price
Sommerfuglen reserves its position on general changes in prices and cases where items by mistake are marked with a wrong price.
Sommerfuglen accept the following credit cards: Dankort, Visa, Visa/Elektron, Eurocard, Mastercard and Diners.
The transfer or your payment is handled by Nets (former PBS) and Pay Dandomain. Both Nets and Pay Dandomain are widely recognized as trustworthy operators of electronically money transfers.
Your payment will first be drawn from your account after your items have been posted.
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union (incl Greenland, Faeroe Islands and Iceland) are not subject to taxation with VAT.
Cost of freight
Orders are automatically added the following cost of freight:
Denmark: DKK 40/45 (€ 5,3/6) - dependent on whether delivery is send to adress or box (Døgnboks)
Faeroe Islands: DKK 217/€ 29
Greenland: DKK 312/€ 42
Sweden: DKK 125/€ 17
Norway: DKK 145/€ 19
Finland: DKK 135/€ 18
Other European countries: DKK 224 /€ 30
North and South America: DKK 299/€ 40
Africa, Asia and Middle East: DKK 328/€ 44
Australia og New Zealand: DKK 348/€ 47
The costs of freight are calculated on the basis of a parcel between 1 and 2 kg according to the tariffs of Post Denmark.
If possibly, orders below DKK 200 (€ 27) are send as letters, which lowers the transportation costs considerably.
If your order is send as a letter we will manually correct the cost of freight to the actual costs before we withdraw the amount form your account.
Orders above DKK 200 (€ 27) are due to insurance matters always send as parcels.
If you want to cancel your order
If you want to cancel an order you can deliver the item back to Sommerfuglen within 14 days under the condition that the item is returned in exactly the same shape and condition as when you received it.
This also means that labels should be unbroken and kit wrappings are intact.
Be aware that you pay the costs for returning an order to Sommerfuglen.
Please give us a notice if you want to cancel an order.
Send an e-mail to email@example.com. State the number of the order and the number of your bank account where we can return the paid amount to.
Please notice that the colours displayed on the screen not always are correct. As colours will appear differently in different nautral light, colours on the screen can also vary.
Wrong delivery or cases where the item is damaged or insufficient
If you delivery should hold the wrong items or the delivery is damaged or insufficient you will always - according to Danish Consumer Law - have 2 years to claim the faults.
Please inform us in advance before returning a damaged or insufficient item. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If we can accept your reclamation we will hold all cost of freight.
In case of disagreement the reclamation will be handled according to Danish Consumer Law.
If an order could not be delivered and is returned to Sommerfuglen we will no refund any costs of freight.
