In music, the blues can be identified by its blue, uneven tones. The song is built on a structure featuring relatively few chords, and offers great musical freedom with room for improvisation. But always, the basic rhythmic foundation underlies the artistry. Naturally, Hanne Falkenberg’s latest design, BLUES, references the inherent beauty of the blues.
Is it a vest, short-sleeved jacket or top? This design can be used to create so many looks. Worked diagonally in the texture stripe pattern all in one piece, back and forth on a circular needle. No seams at the sides or across the sholulders. The technique is clearly featured in the saturated Indigo/Night shades, which is why Hanne Falkenberg has omitted the light Day shades for this design.
All designs feature Midnight/Indigo as the base colour.
Blues 1 has 3 contrasting colours. Designs 2, 3, 4 and 5 have only 1.

Needles: Circular needles no. 3, 80 cm, short pointed needles no. 3 (optional).

The kit includes sufficient yarn to make the largest size.

Currently the mill has problems delivering the Night colour Indigo in a satisfying quality. There for you cannot expect to have your Blues kit/refill delivered untill the beginning of 2010.
